Your name, email address and the information you choose to send are used to review your request and respond about SBS services. Sending an email does not add you to a mailing list or subscribe you to a service.
Where correspondence is kept
Email correspondence is handled through the SBS business mailbox, hosted by Microsoft 365. This website does not receive or store a copy of the email you send.
Keeping information
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or maintain required business records. Any later client relationship is handled separately under the client arrangements.
